Meet, greet and eat with the brewers of Foam and River Roost. Join us to celebrate great company, beer and food in a unique and friendly setting. Brewers will introduce our guests to their world and present their beer to you. Chef Jamie Nelson will serve a killer gourmet family style meal as well. You won’t want to miss this groundbreaking event, the first in a series matching the best brewers with the best food. Tickets price includes all gratuity, taxes and fees. Total Cost $69.48

April Fools "No Fooling" Special Tapping Event

THREE FLOYDS COLAB - 3FBY IPA - A collaboration between Three Floyds Brewing Co. out of Muster, Indiana and Boneyard Beer from Bend, Oregon. 3FBY is a 7.2% IPA with over 4 pounds of hops per barrel. Citra, Centennial and Simcoe come together to create a citrus and piney hop monster!

BARLEY BROWN COLAB - Allocation IIPA (Double IPA) - Collaboration brewed with Barley Browns, 8.6% ABV, Brewed with Centennial, Citra, and Mandarina hops on a Pilsner malt platform to produce a clean, crisp Double IPA.


SUGE NITE - Double Imperial Stout - 14.00% ABV 

appearance: served in an unbranded 12oz snifter, innocuous ebony body, light mocha cream
smell: strong roasted malts, molasses, smoke, dark chocolate
taste: consumed amongst an onslaught of imperial stouts and one of the better ones, drawing comparisons to the abyss with a little more umph. dark roasted malt, molasses, burnt sugars, char, green piney hops, dark cacao, a touch of espresso. As others have indicated, the 14% comes across well and doesnt overstay its welcome on the palate
mouthfeel: rich and chew while maintaining a great deal of balance and drinkability

Hill Farmstead Fifth Anniversary Weekend

It's been an amazing first year ride since we became proud owners of The Blackback. We want to thank our customers from near and far. Starting this Wednesday, May 20th through Sunday, May 24th we will pack as much fun as possible into our pub.  

Wednesday-- Left Hand Brewing presents the Colorado Fire Drill Cask Party featuring Vermont products in a Special Cask.@ 5:30pm

Thursday-- Live Entertainment featuring the guitar and vocal of Rodney Putnam @ 6:30- 9:30. 

Saturday--Hill Farmstead Fifth Anniversary tap takeover. 11:30am to close

Sunday--Music and back by popular demand Shane Murley and Friends. For those who missed Shane from our epic WATA Waterbury Area Trail Alliance/ Alchemist Heady Topper keg fundraiser ....he's baaack! Afternoon performance 4-7.
