Foam Galaxie 500 9% 100% Galaxy hop bill, bring big tropical flavor notes, pineapple, papaya, & citrus. 

Frost Starchild 6% Starchild shreds on the lighter side of hazy, with tropical aroma and flavor from abundant use of New Zealand hops.

Hill Farmstead Abner 8% Dutifully crafted from American malted barley, a plethora of American hops, their ale yeast and water from Abner’s well. It is unfiltered and double dry hopped.

Hill Farmstead Edward 5.2% Crafted from American malted barley, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus and Simcoe, their ale yeast and water from Edward’s well.

Hill Farmstead Of First & Last Things 6.5% A beautiful harmony of ingredients and skill. Brewed with Motueka™, Nelson Sauvin, and Simcoe® hops.

Hill Farmstead Society & Solitude 2 8% In the spirit of James, this robust, dark ale is hopped with Simcoe and Columbus—highlighted by subtle roasty notes and soft, pleasurable carbonation.

Jacks Abby Hoponius Union 6.5% Hoponius was brewed to prove lagers could compete with West Coast IPAs and bring beautifully bitter flavors and fruity aromas to a crisp lager.

Messorem RUSÉ ET ENTÊTÉ 7% Mosaic, Galaxy, Nectaron, Citra, Citra Incognito hops in this incredible NEIPA from our friends across the border to the north.

Resilience Combover 7% Citrus, strawberry and spruce notes fill the palate, Galaxy hops dominate in this American IPA.

River Roost Double Mas Verde 8% The big sibling to Mas Verde. Citra & Chinook hops here as well. 

River Roost Morilla 6.7% Mosaic and Amarillo hops used lend flavors of tangerine, floral, and citrus.

Toppling Goliath Haze Smacker 7% Showcasing Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Galaxy hops to create a stellar India Pale Ale that is far out.

Trillium Melcher Street 7.2% Flavors of pine and green hop, along with juicy notes of tropical fruit, melon, and peach.

1000 Stone Farm Barrel Aged Liberty Cider 5.8% A small VT farm produced single varietal barrel aged cider. Just a touch tart, nicely dry, drink it before I do.

AllagashCoolship Cerise 5.6% Spontaneously fermented, oak aged, two pounds of maine cherries per gallon, sour beer. ‘Nuff said.

Ayinger Celebrator Dopplebock 6.7% A dark mahogany color, rich while incredibly smooth, award winning Doppelbock. If you don’t know, now you do.

Dieu du Ciel Sentinelle 5.1% This Kolsch style Blonde Ales malt flavors are nicely structured and complemented by a slight bitterness.

Fiddlehead Hodad 5.5% Porter brewed with house toasted coconut, cacao nibs, vanilla bean and lactose.

Four Quarters NITRO Symphony Of Stars 6% Oatmeal Stout on Nitro. Oats and nitro make this a supremely smooth stout.

Hill Farmstead Arthur 6% Farmstead® ale crafted from American malted barley, American and European hops, their distinctive farmhouse yeast.

Hill Farmstead Charlie 1.8% A touch tart, with beautiful citrus notes. Refreshing flavors abound, all in a low ABV beer. Drink it. It’s good.

Hill Farmstead Daybreak 10.3% Imperial Stout brewed with Citrus at Hill Farmstead Brewery with the company, hard work, and input of our good friend Mikkel Borg Bjergsø of Mikkeller.

Hill Farmstead Everett American Porter 7.2% What is undoubtedly one of the finest American Porters made, tradition and care shine through its dark roasted deliciousness.

Jester King Noble King 5.3% Reminiscent of a tart saison or belgian blonde. Lovely rounded lemon-ish, with hop balance. An amazing brew! 

Mayflower Porter 5.2% A great example of a Porter in all its dark drinkability. Everything you would expect from one of the most reliable Porters made.

Queen City Gregarious Scotch Ale 7.5% Kettle caramelization of the Scottish Malt sugars combined with cool fermentation temperatures produces a smooth, full-bodied Scotch Ale.

Saison Dupont 6.5% A beer so legendary in its own rite that it came to be a benchmark for Saisons everywhere. Brewed since 1844 on their farm brewery, with crisp, citrus notes. It’s spring in a glass.

St. Bernardus Trippel 7.5% One of the owner's here, favorite beers of all time. Slightly sweet, perfectly softened w/ hops, leaves your palate wanting more, every sip.

Messorem Il Était Une Fois: La Mort 5.4% Czech style Pilsner, Showcasing a grain note with fresh bread accents, the Saaz hops used in its design give it a light, herbaceous and floral note. One sip doesn't wait for the other and we might as well enjoy that until death comes...

Sacred Profane Amber 4.1% The palate opens clean and with a blend of toasted wheat bread, lemon and light cocoa. Toasted grain, wheat on the mid palate. Drying, soft finish. Lovely.

3Fonteinen Oude Kriek (2020) 6% 375ml bottle It is produced by macerating cherries, including the pits, in young lambic. $24/btl.

3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze (2017) 6% 375ml bottle a blend of one-, two-, and three-year old traditional lambics, all brewed at Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels, and continued evolution in the bottle result in a distinctively complex beer. No two bottlings are alike. $24/btl.

Gueuzerie Tilquin Gueuze Squared (2016) 7.6% 750ml bottle This is a higher abv version of the Oude Gueuze Tilquin containing the blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics in oak barrels. Due to over-carbonation, the beer underwent a second barrel aging process before being bottled a second time. $55/btl.
