Hill Farmstead Edward 5.2% Crafted from American malted barley, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus and Simcoe, their ale yeast and water from Edward’s well.

Hill Farmstead Difference & Repetition 6% This batch brewed with Citra®, Nelson Sauvin, and Simcoe®. Beautifully balanced, wonderfully complex.

Hill Farmstead Society & Solitude #2 8% Double Black IPA. Robust dark ale hopped with Simcoe and Columbus highlighted by subtle roasty notes.

Hill Farmstead Society & Solitude #8   8% Imperial IPA brewed with Citra®, Mosaic®, and Simcoe® hops.

Kraemer & Kin American IPA 7% Malt balanced, amber/copper hue, mostly clear. Pine, resin, citrus on that palate. Clean, balanced IPA.

Lost Nation Pitch Black 5.4% Black IPA. Dry on the back palate with roasted malt, chocolate notes. Hop bitterness comes through cleanly. 

Resilience Glen Ellis 7.2% IPA utilizing grain from Valley Malt & NEK Grains. Loads of Belma & Krush hops, notes of citrus, white currant, & pine on the palate.

River Roost Mo’rilla 6.7% IPA with Mosaic & Amarillo, wonderful nuanced tropical citrus notes, with a mild, soft bitterness. 

River Roost Project Object #22 8% DIPA exclusively hopped with Citra hops. A fan favorite hop presented in a phenomenal beer.

Zero Gravity Little Wolf 4.7% This Pale Ale was brewed with barley, oats, and a fine blend of hops featuring Horizon, Citra and Mosaic.

3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek Lambic 7.8% A singular & rare draft offering. Eight lambic from three different barrels. The weighted average age of this blend is over fourteen months. Cherries macerated on lambic, final fruit concentration is 33%. Still carbonation, with vibrant acidity. Cherry, sour gooseberry, & forest fruit notes. 

Aecht Schlenkerla Oak Smoke Rauchbier 8% Oak smoked malt, instead of the classic beech, here is more nuanced and subtle. Still satisfying the Rauchbier devotees. Doppelbock-style beer, with notes of bread, toffee, and dark fruit. All beer at one point was “smoked”, and this is from a famous producer. 

Bent Hill Planetary Access 6.8% American Porter brewed with oats. Dark, delicious, drink it.

Brasserie d'Achouffe La Chouffe 8% Belgian Blond Ale. Over 40 years of success with this golden colored beauty, w/ dry citrus and apricot notes, & pleasantly earthy-spicy finish.

Burlington Beer Co Red Setter 5% Irish Red inspired, notes of toffee, caramel, with grain undercurrents. 

De Dolle Dulle Teve 10% Brewed in the tradition of a Belgian Tripel, notes of orange, stone fruit, red wine, oak, & soft wood. Belgian notes balanced by slight sweetness.

De la Senne Taras Boulba  4.5% Belgian Blonde Ale. Bright, vibrant hop notes, lemon and citrus pith notes collide with a pillowy lattice work of carbonation.

Downeast Peach Mango Cider 5.1% Cider with peach and mango, not too sweet, not too tart. 

Kraemer & Kin ESB 5.5% light fruity notes underscored by toffee grain with a touch of herbal notes to balance. 

Lawson’s Finest Dry Irish Stout NITRO 5.4% Using authentic Irish Malts to deliver roasted grain, bakers chocolate, & soft coffee notes. Nitro to provide supreme smoothness.

Maine Beer Co Peeper 5.5% Pale Ale, with four different malts including Red Wheat & Vienna for balance with Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial.

Queen City Gregarious 7.2% Scotch Ale / Wee Heavy. Notes of toffee, caramel, followed by dark fruit and hearty malt. Named for Greg Noonan. 

Queen City Yorkshire Porter 5% English Porter, rich, full bodied, well balanced, and very smooth. D. Licious.

Von Trapp Trosten Lager 6%  Dark lager with rich notes of chestnut and toast. Carafa and dark malts create rich flavors lingering on a surprisingly light, smooth finish.

Wunderkammer Gorgons: Marq Rubus 7.5% Wild grape ale, raspberries & Blackberries are added. A symphony born of quality craft. Softly tart, light funk, dry berry notes, & dark fruit. As always, made in copper over open wood fire. 

Zero Gravity Anna Mary 5% Rice Lager. Beautifully crisp while balanced by a refreshing soft sweet note from the rice.

Hill Farmstead Poetica #3   5% Old world Czech-style Pilsner. Czech Saaz hops, three months in oak, krausened, two more months of slow, loving, conditioning. An outstanding representation of Pilsner.

Zehendner Mönchsambacher Lagerbier 5.5% A benchmark of Kellerbier. Iconic only begins to describe this lovely hazy lager. Notes of honey, bread, wheat, lemon zest, botanicals, and pale malts. This is Franconian tradition and skill in a glass. I struggle to do it justice.

3Fonteinen Oude Kriek (2020) 6% 375ml bottle It is produced by macerating cherries, including the pits, in young lambic. $24/btl.

3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze (2017) 6% 375ml bottle a blend of one-, two-, and three-year old traditional lambics, all brewed at Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels, and continued evolution in the bottle result in a distinctively complex beer. No two bottlings are alike. $24/btl.

Gueuzerie Tilquin Gueuze Squared (2016) 7.6% 750ml bottle This is a higher abv version of the Oude Gueuze Tilquin containing the blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics in oak barrels. Due to over-carbonation, the beer underwent a second barrel aging process before being bottled a second time. $55/btl.
