Waterbury VT is the Epicenter of beer in the Northeast and arguably one of the finest in the nation. We also recognize the important role beer has played in this towns recent history. From beer comes life and vitality which celebrates our localvore farm to plate business model.

Foley Brothers Prospect DIPA: Double IPA brewed with Grain from VT & Maine. Packed 5LBS/BBL of Galaxy and Citra hop 9% $7

Frost Beer Works Brown Ale: reddish brown hued with coffee aroma and light body 6.2% $7

Frost Beer Works Junior IPA: combination of bi-hempispherical dry-hopping and yeast profile create a juicy stone fruit essence. Essentially, this beer squeezes elements of a DIPA into a slimmer package. 5.2% $7

Hill Farmstead Harlan:Harlan is Edward’s slightly more aggressive alter-ego. Dry-hopped exclusively with Columbus hops. 6% $7

Hill Farmstead Marie:In her honor, we brew a beautifully soft, unfiltered Helles lager. Lightly hazy, naturally carbonated and truly enjoyable 5% $7.

Hill Farmstead Mary: Unfiltered and naturally carbonated German-style Pilsner brewed with our well water, German pilsner malt, our favorite German hops, and classic German lager yeast. 4.8% $7

Lawson’s Bit of Balsam IPA: a brand new beer featuring wild crafted Balsam Fir tips harvested at high elevations in the Green Mountains, with citrus & piney hops including Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe. 6.5% $7

Lawson’s Sip Of Sunshine IPA - India Pale Ale- light blend of tropical fruits, orange & pine 8%   $7

Lawson’s Super Session #2: American IPA - light, refreshing low alcohol yet full of hop 4.8%  $7

Rodenbach Vintage 2014:apple tart fruitiness combined with caramel, wild honey and oak with a hint of vanilla, cherry and licorice 7% $7

Red Barn Evil Angel: brewed with pilsner, wheat, vienna, munich and other fine malts.  This ale is hopped with a unique combination of Citra and Simcoe hops, producing melon, pear and citrus aromas.  This hoppy beer has some punch, but is refreshing, smooth and very well balanced ale. 8.2% $7
